RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee a team of 3D and 2D designers in order to create content and execute strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer retention

• Establish design standards to be used across digital marketing campaigns

• Optimize website performance and track KPIs to enhance engagement and conversion rates

• Update new product releases and discounts on Shopify

• Developed intuitive navigation and product page layouts to enhance customer experience

• Design promotional aspects like banners, inspiration pages, and themes for VIP customers
